Our Platform

We are developing next generation in situ CAR T/NK cell therapies, which use nanobody CAR (nanoCAR) and tumor modulating element (Tmode™) circular RNAs and nanobody-targeted lipid nanoparticles (nLNP) to redefine the treatment of hematologic malignancies, solid tumors, and autoimmune diseases.

NanoCAR improves T/NK signaling stability and antigen specificity. Tmode™ modulates the tumor microenvironment, allowing effective CAR T/NK penetration and efficient tumor killing. A smaller size targeting nanobody maximizes the valency and minimizes the immunogenicity of nLNP.
